Your health data is among the most sensitive information there is. Here is — without legal jargon — exactly how we handle it, who sees what, and what you control.

Who sees what?
You: everything — the full report, every measurement and the physician's assessment.
The treating physician and the laboratory: what is necessary to analyse your samples and approve your report — nothing more.
Your employer (company agreements): only an anonymised, aggregated team report. No individual can be identified, and participation is always voluntary.
Aevia as a company: coordinates your programme but never sells or shares your data — not even in anonymised form — with third parties.
How we store your data
Health information is specially protected under GDPR Article 9, and we treat it accordingly: encrypted storage, access control so only treating personnel can see your results, and data processing agreements with every partner — laboratories, imaging centres and IT providers. The website never collects health data; it is handled exclusively in the closed flow between you, the laboratory and the physician.
Your consent controls everything
We obtain your explicit consent before processing your health information — and you can withdraw it at any time. If you want to share your report with your GP, you do it yourself or ask us in writing. Nothing happens automatically.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access (a copy of everything we hold about you), rectification, deletion, and data portability (your data in a common format). Write to kontakt@aevia.dk — we reply within a few working days and always within the legal one-month deadline.
Frequently asked questions
Can my insurance company or pension fund get my numbers?
No. We never hand over your data to insurance companies, pension funds or other third parties. Only you decide who sees your report.
How long do you keep my data?
For as long as you are a customer, and as long as the law requires for medical documentation. If you request deletion, we delete everything not legally required to keep — and tell you exactly what is retained and why.
Does your AI use my data for training?
No. The AI is only used to compile your report, and your data is never used to train models.
