Aevia delivers advanced health checks to individuals and companies across Denmark — but we don't run our own clinics. Sample collection happens at partner clinics like yours. You provide the premises and the blood draw; we deliver the clients, the payment and all the admin.

How the partnership works
1. The client books with Aevia. We sell the programme, take payment and send the client a preparation guide (e.g. fasting before the blood draw).
2. You receive the booking. Either directly in your calendar via Cal.com integration, or by email with one click to confirm the time. You decide which slots you make available.
3. The client shows up at your clinic. You take the samples following our fixed protocol — typically under 30 minutes per client. The client is already paid and prepared.
4. We handle the rest. Analysis, physician interpretation, report and follow-up sit with Aevia. You invoice us at the agreed price per completed collection.
What does your clinic get out of it?
Extra revenue on capacity you already have — without spending a krone on marketing. Aevia's clients are prepaid and motivated, and the entire client relationship (questions, payment, report, complaints) is handled by us. You can scale the number of slots up or down, and there is no exclusivity or lock-in.
What do we expect from you?
Licensed healthcare staff for sample collection, a professional reception of the client, and adherence to our collection protocol (we provide it, and it's simple). Clinics offering blood draws are the core of the network; if you also offer DEXA, resting measurements or fitness testing, that's a plus — but not a requirement.
Who can become a partner?
GP clinics, specialist practices, private clinics and health centres with licensed staff — across the country. We're building the network region by region, so clinics outside the major cities are very welcome.

Does it cost anything to be a partner?
No. You're paid per completed sample collection — there are no fees, subscriptions or hidden costs.
Are we locked into anything?
No. The partnership runs on an ongoing basis, and you can adjust your slots or pause the collaboration at short notice.
Who is responsible for the client?
You hold the clinical responsibility for the sample collection itself; analysis, interpretation and the report sit with Aevia's physicians and accredited laboratories. The division of responsibility is clearly described in the partner agreement.
