2. Prices and VAT
All prices on the site are stated in Danish kroner and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. The final price including VAT is shown at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sold-out services.
3. Payment
Payment is made securely online by payment card (and MobilePay where available) via our payment partner Stripe. The amount is charged when the purchase is completed. Aevia does not store your card details. Company agreements can be settled by invoice by separate arrangement.
4. Delivery of the service
A purchase is an agreement for a health programme, not a physical product. After purchase we contact you within 1 working day to schedule sampling and review. The diagnostics are carried out at our accredited partners, and your personal report is delivered with a medical review within the time frames stated for the chosen package (typically 2 weeks after the final test).
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on online purchases under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act. If you expressly request that the programme begins before the withdrawal period expires, you also accept that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully delivered. For parts of the service not yet delivered, you may withdraw against payment for what has already been performed.

6. Cancellation and rebooking
Booked appointments can be rebooked or cancelled by arrangement. Contact us as soon as possible if you're unable to attend so we can find a new time. No-shows without notice may incur a fee.
7. Complaints about the service
If there are faults or defects in the delivered service, please contact us as soon as possible and within a reasonable time after you discover the issue. We will find a solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
8. Medical disclaimer
Aevia's services are preventive and diagnostic and do not replace emergency medical care or treatment by your own doctor. In case of acute illness, contact the on-call doctor or call 112. Aevia does not make diagnoses via the website.
9. Personal data
We process your information in accordance with our privacy policy. Health information is processed under GDPR Article 9 and is never shared with your employer without consent.
10. Complaint options
If you're dissatisfied, please contact us first at kontakt@aevia.dk. You can complain to the Danish Complaint Boards Authority (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk), or use the European Commission's online dispute resolution portal (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
11. Governing law and venue
Purchases and these terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are settled by the Danish courts.
